1. Tell us what’s happened, and we’ll give you a rough estimate for the cost of repair, plus collection and redelivery by specialist courier

2. We’ll arrange a time for our specialist courier to collect the clock. We strongly discourage sending clocks in the post: they are delicate things.

3. Our workshop team will repair the clock, and arrange for delivery once it’s back up and running.
