For Regular-sized Clocks:
Yes, your clock will be delivered to you by trackable courier. You will receive an email notification with tracking information and delivery options when your clock has been dispatched.
For Giant Weather Clocks (which are shipped to Mainland UK only due to their delicate nature):
We use a specialist courier that collects from our workshop and delivers to your door without sending your clock via multiple storage and distribution warehouses where it could get damaged. They plan their delivery routes each week depending on what else they have to take around the country.
With this you get a more 'human' and friendly service than larger couriers can give you but there aren't any tracking numbers to provide you with. The couriers will contact you directly to suggest a day and time for a drop off at your delivery address and can liaise with you and your schedule. We hope you'll enjoy the interaction. Please note that they will require a signature on delivery and, if they are to leave the clock with a neighbour or in a 'safe place' you will have to give them your permission to do so.
