Depending on your location and the courier company used to deliver your clock, there will be different redelivery or collection options. We recommend that you check this when you first receive the tracking information in your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us.

 

For Giant Weather Clocks delivered by our specialist courier:

The couriers will be in touch in advance of attempting delivery to discuss a suitable day and time to make a drop to your address. If, though, you are still not at home when the clock is delivered, they will contact you by phone to discuss what is best to do. You can always instruct them of a safe place or neighbour to deliver to if need be.
