We know that choosing which frame colour and design to go for can be difficult, particularly if the clock is a gift. If, it turns out that you change your mind and want to exchange your clock for a different option, you have 60 days from receiving your clock to return it to us. This is free of charge for all UK-based orders.

We just ask that any return is in its original condition and all its packaging (including outer carton).
