To completely cancel your order before your Weather Clock arrives with you, please just let us know by completing this online cancellation form.
If you haven't yet received your Clock, and would like to change what you have ordered for a different clock design, the only way we are able to do this and ensure nothing goes awry, is to cancel your current order and process a new one. Therefore, to request a change for a different clock before you've received it, please also complete the cancellation form.
